A Case of Syringomyelia in Cervical and Thoracic Spinal Cord

Abstract

|
A 32 year-old-man suffered from chronic onset of walking difficulty due to weakness in this right leg, right side hypesthesia, ptosis, scoliosis, lordosis, and urinary difficulty. He suffered from the symtoms for 14 years, and the initiation
symptom is
ulceration on the shoulder, chest and back. Syringomyelia was found significantly on the C1 to T11 level and scoliotic change in thoracic vertebra by MR imaging of the spinal cord and brain.
